This month we farewell Naomi Cowan MNZM after 22 years of service to Equip.

During her time as CEO, Naomi led with vision and grace, strengthening its effectiveness to transform the lives of so many in our community.
Naomi has been in the CEO role for 22 years and was appointed a Member of the New Zealand Order of Merit (MNZM) in the 2020 New Year’s Honours recognising her service to mental health and the community. Her contribution to the wider mission of Windsor Park Baptist Church cannot be overstated and her legacy at Equip will continue.
