This month we farewell Naomi Cowan MNZM after 22 years of service to Equip.

During her time as CEO, Naomi led with vision and grace, strengthening its effectiveness to transform the lives of so many in our community. Her contribution to the wider mission of Windsor Park Baptist Church cannot be overstated and her legacy at Equip will continue.
We are so grateful to have been guided with compassion and heart and thank her for her committed leadership.
