Our Chief Executive is the heart of our mission. For over 30 years, our dedicated kaimahi have been transforming lives through comprehensive, wraparound mental health services.
The team already supports over 1,450 tangata whai ora and their whānau, providing more than 36,000 hours of mental health support each year. But we believe there’s more we can do – more lives to touch, more communities to uplift, and more hope to share.
The person who steps into this role will champion our people first culture, inspire innovation, and empower our team to deliver life changing support. They will drive sustainable solutions, foster growth, and amplify our impact – ensuring every person we serve has the chance to thrive.
