Starts 17 September
Caregiver support for emotional dysregulation is essential for anyone helping a loved one navigate intense mood shifts, which is why our upcoming programme is designed specifically to support your well-being.
Starting 17 September, this free, 8-week support and education programme helps family, whānau, and friends understand emotional dysregulation in family and whānau members. As a support person to someone experiencing mental health issues, you will learn strategies and gain tools to help navigate daily challenges. Trained facilitators provide education, resources, and a platform for developing your own support network.
