We’re proud to have a significantly higher Net Promoter Score than the industry average of 19 for health care and social assistance employers.

In 2023 we delivered 36861 support hours to tāngata whai ora and their whānau. That means 28250 hours with clients and 8502 hours travelling

In 2023 we provided 44256 support activities. We helped with 1552 goals, provided 82 food parcels, and completed 131 welfare checks during adverse weather events.
