A fantastic job share opportunity has arisen in our administration team. This busy office requires two superb multi taskers who can successfully prioritise and manage the constant demands of reception, front line phone support, online data management, recruitment administration, general administration and occasional projects. You will appreciate how important this position is in delivering an outstanding service to our service users and their families. The successful candidates will have a respectful and empathetic style, excellent written and spoken English with the ability to communicate in a clear and considerate manner. The incumbents will need to be industrious and diligent in approach to ensure that the job is done to the highest standards.
Location: 550 East Coast Road, Mairangi Bay, Auckland
Hours: 40 hours shared between 2 staff.
For example, Monday to Wednesday 8am – 4.30pm, Thursday and Friday, 8am - 4:30pm
• Professional office experience essential. May include reception duties or front of house, administration or customer services.
• Be computer literate with experience in Microsoft packages
• Highly organised and able to prioritise within a busy front office environment
• Have a strong attention to detail and desire to deliver to standards of excellence
• Be a team player who is self-motivated and can work autonomously
• Excellent oral communication skills
• Hold a full NZ Driver Licence
• Be a NZ resident or have a valid NZ Work Visa
