Spirituality

Have you found any yet?

Do you find yourself asking questions like… Where do I find meaning? How do I feel connected? How should I live?

Equip’s Spirituality Coordinator would like to join you on your journey of discovery. We work with the evidence based model of Te Whare Tapa Wha which represents the holistic view of wellbeing and recovery incorporating physical, psychological, family and spiritual health.

We believe a spiritual dimension is important to one’s health, well-being and quality of life.

Spiritual connectedness could be through art, music, literature, nature or a power greater than oneself.

Who is eligible?

Our service is open to anyone of any faith or spiritual persuasion and we do not make any judgement on a persons’ beliefs.
