Leading mental health organisation, Equip, is looking for Support workers for their:

Community Adult Service

who can join the team of mental health staff in the special work that they do.

Equip has a rich heritage and a Christian ethos, and we’re looking for people who thrive on the challenges of this sector and the rewards that it brings. You will be a positive team player with effective communication skills, preferably a proven track record of working or having been trained in social services and one who is committed to results focused recovery. A full driver’s licence is essential.

Equip, an extension of Windsor Park Baptist Church, provides an innovative model of practice, effective support, skills and education for all our people.
