Leading mental health organisation, Equip, is looking for a Support Worker for their Community Adult Service.  This position involves supporting people in the community and their homes as they recover from mental health unwellness.  Equip provides Strengths based training and supervision for support workers and you would be part of a very supportive team.

You will:
     *    Be a positive Team Player
     *    Have effective communication skills
     *    Preferably have a proven track record of working or having been trained in social services
     *    Be committed to results focused recovery
     *    Be a NZ resident or have a valid NZ Work Permit
     *    Have a full driver's licence - this is essential
