we help

Every week at Equip we hear people’s courageous stories of how they move on with their lives despite experiencing major mental illness. We want to share some of their stories with you. While some people are happy to identify themselves, many prefer to remain anyonymous but want their story told. In some of these stories the names and details have been change to protect people’s privacy.

We hope these stories will inspire you and help you. Maybe you have a story you would like told – please contact us if you would like that to happen.
