Shared Vision Touch Tournament

Equip helped organise and took part in, the Annual Rodney Shared Vision Touch Tournament in Silverdale on Saturday 29th October.  This is an annual friendly event that promotes mental wellbeing and has teams entering from mental health services, community groups and social touch rugby teams within and outside the Auckland region.  Equip had two teams this year and one, the Equip Eagles, made it into the final and were only narrowly defeated.  Well done everyone.

A special thanks to service users and their families who support and/or played for Equip and especially the staff who gave of their own time.

There can only be one winner and congratulations need to go to the Hamilton Bulls who won the event.
